Have you read this book? “Seven Brief Lessons on Physics”

I’ve been doing reviews on Goodreads for a while now, and this is the first of my reviews that I felt was fun enough to share on my blog.

Have you read this book? Do you read science books or do you skip them? What kinds of books do you like to read, and what are your favorite books?

Here are my thoughts on Rovelli’s book:

Seven Brief Lessons on PhysicsSeven Brief Lessons on Physics by Carlo Rovelli
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I’ve been hearing about this book for a few months, and I decided it was time to read it. I learned so much from this book! Rovelli puts large (spacetime and relativity) and small (quantum mechanics) concepts into clear terms, yet does not skimp on the technical explanations for these concepts. Very helpful and accessible at the same time. I would recommend the book to anyone! It’s a very quick read, but you will feel suddenly smart at the end.

  1. Ah, Theresa, you got me. Who doesn’t want to be smart? 😝 I’m not a Science person although I loved Biology; I found Physics and Chemistry challenging. But, I got interested in Quantum Physics. It’s a bit beyond me πŸ˜‚ but interesting for me. I’m definite going to look for this book and read it.
